Dadio Return & Refund Policy
At Dadio, we stand behind every product we make. If you're not completely happy with your order, we've got your back.
9-Month Return Window
You may return or exchange any item within 270 days (about 9 months) of delivery. We want you to actually live with your gear and know it holds up before you commit.
Condition of Items
- Items should be in clean, resellable condition, with normal use accounted for.
- Include the original packaging and accessories when possible.
- Items that fail due to a manufacturing defect are covered under our Lifetime Warranty (below) rather than the return window.
How to Start a Return or Exchange
- Email hello@dadio.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
- We'll send you a prepaid return shipping label and simple instructions.
- Pack the item, attach the label, and drop it off at any carrier location.
Refunds
- Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your return.
- Refunds are issued to your original payment method.
- Return shipping is free, and there are no restocking fees - ever.
Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email hello@dadio.com or call/text (909) 321-5232 and we'll make it right with a replacement, refund, or repair.
Lifetime Warranty
Every Dadio product is backed by our lifetime warranty. If something fails due to a manufacturing defect, we'll repair or replace it free - for as long as you own it.
