At Dadio, we stand behind the quality and craftsmanship of all our products. That’s why we designed our Lifetime Warranty with you in mind! Whether you receive an item with a manufacturing defect or experience an issue during use, we’ve got you covered!

Manufacturing Defects

Our Lifetime Warranty covers any manufacturing defects on our products at no cost to you. If you believe your item has a manufacturing issue, please email us at hello@dadio.com with the following information to get the claim process started:

  • Clear photos from all angles of the item in question.
  • Your name, order number, or the email used when placing the order.

Once we receive this information and inspect the item, we’ll provide further instructions on how to proceed.

Warranty Claims Process

  1. Submit a Claim: Email hello@dadio.com with clear photos, a description of the issue, and your order details.
  2. Evaluation: Our team will inspect the photos and details to determine if the issue is a manufacturing defect.
  3. Next Steps: If approved, we will provide instructions on returning the item. If your claim is approved, we’ll cover the shipping costs for the return.

The Fine Print

  • Eligibility: The products eligible for the lifetime warranty are covered for the original owner, for the lifetime of the product. Unfortunately, this does not mean your lifetime. Well-used and well-loved products will eventually wear out—fabrics will deteriorate, and colors will fade. Please use your judgment when assessing whether your product is likely to be covered under the warranty policy—it may simply be time to replace it.
  • Coverage: We will cover your product against defects and malfunction until it has been used and worn out beyond reasonable repair. This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or the natural breakdown of colors and materials over extended time and use. “Normal wear and tear” generally means the wear and tear caused by the expected use of the bag over an extended period of time.


End of Product Life Factors:

  1. Fabric: If the fabric is discolored, degraded, de-laminated, or deteriorated, we may determine this to be the end of the product’s life.
  2. Major Components: If a major component fails due to extended use (such as a handle, wheel, or zipper), we may deem the product to have met its full life cycle.

Please note our warranty does not cover items that are lost or stolen. Additionally, any maintenance, repair, or other services performed by someone other than Dadio will void the warranty on that item.

Understanding “Lifetime”

The term “lifetime” refers to the normal lifespan of the product and its materials, not your lifetime. While we use the best materials available, all products degrade over time due to use and exposure. The actual “lifetime” of a product depends on how it’s used and cared for, not just its age.
